Safety of our resources and systems, health of our employees and preserving our Environment is an integral part of our all corporate policy.

Safety: As a part of our routine system, we laid up certain safely protocols to follow and to adhere to, by each and every employee. Following these elementary measures and procedures reflects in our safety records. We also intend to have fallowing safety process-

1 - At corporate level setting up Central Safety Council (CSC) to judge and evaluate the safety measure at all plants.
2 - Maintaining a fully equipped fire hydrant system not only to protect our plants but also neighboring plants.
3 - Conducting regularly safety training to train employee on safety issues.

Health
At 5Ps group health of our employees is great concern. All employees are required to maintain their heath record & to undergo annual medical checkups. The company has system to offer Mediclaim Policy to cover employees and their family in case of any medical emergency.

Environment:-
Environment being the face of Mother Nature, we are committed to preserve the same by best of our efforts, by developing more eco-friendly technologies. We are actively involved in projects for replacing natural recourses, which we are using; thus leaving minimal footprints on our ecosystem.

We are also committed to take following initiatives:

Water: we intend to achieve zero discharge by reusing water coming out of our plant; even if in some cases if it required to be discharged then it should be treated to reduce any harmful effect.

Land Restoration & Developing Green Belt: Land is to be recovered in best possible way after its use. Green belts are being developed in & around our factories to regain the natural beauty by planting trees of various species.

Energy: We always intend to use advance energy efficient technologies for consuming minimum energy. We are also working in the direction where we can use renewable energy in our various processes to develop Clean Process.
